Work Team
iMoldX work team consists of five co-founders/owners and three employed skilled managers.
1. Robert Chou - General Manager ( Founder / Owner )
 - Born in 1967; gratuated in Hehai University ( www.hhu.edu.cn ); Bachelor Degree.
Mr Chou has more than 10 years of working experience in mold & die manufacturing industry;
3 years as Export Dept Manager and 5 years as Vice President in charge of overseas markets.
A senior engineer, good at Auto-CAD, Solidworks and Moldflow engineering softwares; also
good at product design configuration analysis and product modeling analysis; has a good
command of English; also understands Spanish and Russian a little in mold & die consturction
engineering fields.
Mr Chou has a daughter aged 11 and a son aged 2; loves Philosophy,History and Poetry.
He lives in Longgang District Shenzhen City with his family.
2. Xu Ming Li - Vice General Manager ( Co-founder / Owner )
 - Born in 1975; technical school education,majored in mold & die design & tooling.
Mr Xu has more than 15 years of working experience in mold design & mold tooling industry,
especially an expert at design of precision molds,unscrewing molds and large injection molds.
A senior mold design and product design engineer; good at Auto-CAD, Pro-E, UG and Moldflow
engineering softwares.
also good at mold & die design and configuration analysis, product design and configuration
analysis, plastic injecton moulding defects analysis & troubleshoting.
Mr Xu has a son aged 10; loves sports and swimming.
He lives in Longgang District Shenzhen City with his family.
3. Hu Hong Bing - Mold Tooling Dept Manager ( Co-founder / Owner )
 - Born in 1975; high school graduation degree.
Mr Hu has more than 20 years of working experience in mold & die manufacturing industry,
especially an expert at manufacturing of export plastic injection molds, large injection molds,
precision injection molds, unscrewing injection molds, metal stamping dies and die casting dies.
A senior mold tooling master, good at product configuration and mold configuration analysis so
as to find the best mold solution; also good at Auto-CAD and Pro-E engineering softwares.
Mr Hu has two girls aged 8 and 4 separately, loves football,beers and smoking.
He lives in Longgang District Shenzhen City with his family.
4. Yu Kai - Engineering Dept Manager ( Co-founder / Owner )
 - Born in 1980; high school graduation degree
Mr Yu has more than 15 years of working experience in mold & die design & tooling, especially
an expert at design of plastic injection molds for toys or dolls, precision injection molds, metal
stamping dies and die casting dies.
A senior mold design and product design engineer,good at Auto-CAD, Pro-E, UG and Moldflow
engineering softwares.
Mr Yu has a son aged 7, loves sports and travel.
He lives in Longgang District Shenzhen City with his family.
5. Shao Xin Cai -Purchase & Financial Manager
 - Born in 1978; high school graduation degree
Mr Shao has more than 10 years of working experience in mold design & mold tooling industry.
A senior engineer, good at Auto-CAD and Pro-E engineering softwares.
also good at plastic material selection and injecton moulding defects analysis & troubleshoting.
Mr Shao has a daughter aged 9 and a son aged 1; loves cars and watching TV.
He lives in Longgang District Shenzhen City with his family.
6. Chen Yong- Mold Design Team Manager
 - Born in 1982; high school graduation degree
Mr Chen has >more than 10 years of working experience in mold design & mold tooling industry,
especially an expert at design of precision molds,unscrewing molds and large injection molds.
A senior mold design engineer, good at Auto-CAD, Pro-E, UG and Moldflow engineering softwares.
Mr Chen has a son aged 6.
He lives in Longgang District Shenzhen City with his family.
7. Liang Rui Guang - Mold Tooling Team Manager
 - Born in 1980; high school graduation degree
Mr Liang has more than 10 years of working experience in mold design & mold tooling industry,
especially an expert at manufacturing of export plastic injection molds,precision injection molds.
A senior mold tooling technical engineer, good at Auto-CAD and Pro-E engineering softwares.
Mr Liang has a son aged 4.
He lives in Longgang District Shenzhen City with his family.
